Jeanette Loeffler is an entrepreneur, business leader, and founder of Vantage Medlegal, LLC, serving the Sacramento region and the broader medlegal industry. Her career has been shaped by extensive experience in legal services, business development, sales, operations, client relationship management, and organizational leadership. Over the years, Jeanette has developed a professional philosophy centered on loyalty, accuracy, perseverance, and consistently working toward realistic goals.

Jeanette attended San Francisco State University, earning a B.A. in Political Science in 2011. Her educational background also includes an ABA Paralegal Certificate and an A.A. in Behavioral Science. Early in her career, she gained experience through the San Francisco Superior Court and later worked as a paralegal, account executive, firm manager, account manager, and division manager. These positions allowed her to develop experience across civil litigation support, client relations, contract negotiations, staffing, budgeting, sales, marketing, and business operations.

In 2020, Jeanette founded Vantage Medlegal, LLC. As founder and sole owner, she oversees the company’s operations while facilitating medical expert back-office services that assist legal counsel with evaluations. Her responsibilities have included accounting and finance, recruitment and onboarding, employee training, testimony preparation, scheduling, records management, marketing, and legal operations. She also coordinates MCLE presentations and works to ensure appropriate licensure and contractual standards for medical professionals on the company’s panel.

Before entrepreneurship, Jeanette managed significant teams and business operations, including serving as a division manager responsible for employees across sales, scheduling, legal, and records departments. Her background also includes managing operations for a multi-office law firm and developing strategies designed to improve efficiency, productivity, client service, and organizational performance.

Outside of Vantage Medlegal, Jeanette enjoys golf, hiking, and cooking. She has also volunteered with organizations supporting homelessness, heart health, foster care, elder care, and healthcare initiatives.
